Baaghi 4 Box Office Collection & Audience Reactions: Tiger Shroff's Action Thriller Review

Tiger Shroff's 'Baaghi 4' launched on September 5, 2025, has received a mixed reaction both in terms of box office and audience response as well. The fourth installment in the popular series of films called Baaghi, the movie came with big expectations because of the success of its predecessors but has received a chilly reception overall.

Box Office Performance

On the first day, "Baaghi 4" had earned around 12 crore in India which was a decent start but a huge starter of course. The second day depression took place with an almost negligible collection at about 9.25 crore. On the third day, the movie was able to build around 10 crore, to the total box office collection at around 31.25 crore net in India in the first weekend.

Despite these numbers, the collections indicate that this is a downward arc from previous films in the franchise. The overall occupancy rate of the movie is about 24.84% in Hindi language at the weekend with the morning shows experiencing low occupancy and the evening ones getting some momentum. The film had pretty strong competition at the box office with the Hollywood horror hit "The Conjuring: Last Rites" which removed it manifoldly in the same time period.

Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and directed by A. Harsha, the movie stars Tiger Shroff alongside Sanjay Dutt, Sonam Bajwa and former Miss Universe Harnaaz Sandhu in her debut. The weaker numbers the box office numbers may have to do with stiff competition, it could be the criticism of the film being mixed.

Audience Reactions

Audience and critic responses to "Baaghi 4" have been polarised. While Tiger Shroff's action sequences remain the forte, the film was criticized by several movie-goers for both excessive violence and a weak storyline. The film has been called by some a "cringe violent mess with no story," attractive mostly to Tiger Shroff's loyal fan-camp.

Critics said that although the action in the movie and the strong emotional aspects brought by Tiger Shroff as the lead character Ronnie were impressive, the plot did not affect the broader audience effectively. Some reviews on the film had harshly picked up on the underdeveloped characters and rushed screenplay. However, the piece which did receive praise was the film's music and background score.

On social media, reactions from the audience had moved between admiration to Tiger's physical transformation and stunts to disdain at the general narrative. The film has been labeled as being more suited for viewers who attend single-screen theaters and are more interested in mass action entertainers than acceptance by multiplex-goers who look for a whole package of a story.

This mix of insecurity in cartography and the lack of precision storytelling has led to a moderately successful box office run of "Baaghi 4," emerging as the worst run in the running franchise stakes of the Baaghi series, but Tiger Shroff's star power and the film's high-octane moments retain a sliver of the audience's attention.
